Chez Fred, bouchon Lyonnais depuis 1945 - Restaurant - Paris

Most former Lyon stopper Paris after the war, was set for release by Mr. and Mrs. Fred, Lyon came to do business there.

Beaujolais Lyonnais salad bowls, deli House SIBILIA, cheeses and other regional specialties are featured (Sapper Apron, sausage, quenelle of pike ...)

Chez Fred has notably been for many years the canteen of Georges Simenon, writer Belgian director who began in his many novels, multiple feasts of Maigret (then played on television by the late Bruno Cremer).

Every day, we advocate the homemade and reasoned supply, short circuit.

This has especially paid off as Chez Fred joined the "Culinary College de France", the "Association of Authentic Caps Lyonnais" (approved by the Lyon CCI), and the label "Bistro Beaujolais".

Do not miss one of the most beautiful cave in Beaujolais of Paris, with its 10 crus represented permanently!

Chez Fred, Lyon ambassador to Paris!
