CHEZ FRED, A LITTLE HISTORY
Most former Lyon stopper Paris after the war, was set for release by Mr. and Mrs. Fred, Lyon came to do business there.
Beaujolais Lyonnais salad bowls, deli House SIBILIA, cheeses and other regional specialties are featured (Sapper Apron, sausage, quenelle of pike ...)
Chez Fred has notably been for many years the canteen of Georges Simenon, writer Belgian director who began in his many novels, multiple feasts of Maigret (then played on television by the late Bruno Cremer).
Every day, we advocate the homemade and reasoned supply, short circuit.
This has especially paid off as Chez Fred joined the "Culinary College de France", the "Association of Authentic Caps Lyonnais" (approved by the Lyon CCI), and the label "Bistro Beaujolais".
